Case No. 45 of 2011 registered for the offence under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have committed rape with the victim. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 25.08.2025. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. 6. In view of the serious allegations levelled against Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33464 of 2026(4) dt.21-07-2026 2/2 the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 7.
