Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs; “10.1 That this Hon’ble Court kindly be pleased to pass similar order in term of WPC No. 4451 of 2021. 10.2 Any other relief, which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper, may also be passed in favour of the petitioner.” 2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the owner of the land bearing Khasra No. 390/1, 390/3, 395, 399/2, 399/3, 400/2, 400/3, 470/2, 471/1, 471/4, 472/5, 476/2, 477/1, 529/2, 533/1, 535/2, 536/1 which is used for the purpose of construction of the road, however, the amount of compensation against the land of the petitioner has not been paid, aggrieved with which petitioner had submitted representation before respondent No. 3 and 4, however, till date no decision has been taken on the representation, therefore, direction be issued to respondent No. 3 and 4 to consider and take decision on the representation. 3. Mr. Baharani, learned counsel for the respondent- State would submit that he is not having any objection to the limited prayer, however, he submits that the representation as stated to be submitted by the petitioner in the year 2021, therefore, if petitioner submits fresh representation before respondent No. 3 and 4, it will be considered in accordance with law. 4. Counsel for the respondent No. 1 submits that he is having no objection to the limited prayer. 5. On due consideration of the submission of counsel for the respective parties, the writ petition at this stage is disposed of permitting the petitioner to submit a fresh representation before respondent No. 3 and 3 4 and in the event such representation is submitted, concerned authorities shall consider and take decision on the representation within further period of four months from the date of receipt of the representation. 6.
