The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 76, 303(2), 351(2) and 352 of the B.N.S.. 3. The prosecution case, in brief, is that on 07.08.2025 at about 10 AM, minor daughter of informant was coming home from coaching classes and reached near alcohol distillery Rajnagar, in the meantime, this petitioner came and started molesting her. Upon objection, he abused minor daughter of informant, molested her and snatched his gold chain. It is further alleged that this petitioner recorded obscene videos of the victim Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15080 of 2026(4) dt.14-07-2026 2/2 and made them viral on social media. Petitioner has got two criminal antecedents. 4.
