Also heard Mr. B. Kaushik, learned standing counsel, Elementary Education Department for the opposite party Nos. 1, 2 and 3; and Ms. P. Das, learned standing counsel, Secondary Education Department for the opposite party Nos. 4 and 5. 2. This is an application seeking correction of the name of the district as wrongly mentioned in the cause title of WP(C) No. 6267/2024 as well as in paragraph No. 9 of the order dated 21.01.2026, passed in WP(C) No. 6267/2024. 3. It is submitted by Mr. Deka, learned counsel for the applicants that inadvertently, the name of the district has been mentioned as Kamrup(R) in Page No.# 3/3 place of Kamrup(M) in the cause title of the connected WP(C) No. 6267/2024, consequent to which this Court had recorded Kamrup(R) in the last line of paragraph No. 9 of the order dated 21.01.2026. Therefore, he submits that the same may be corrected as Kamrup(M) in place of Kamrup(R) in the cause title as well as in the last line of paragraph No. 9 of the order dated 21.01.2026. 4. The learned counsel for the opposite parties submit that they have no objection as the mistake appears to have been occurred inadvertently. 5. Having considered that the mentioning of Kamrup(R) district in the cause title in place of Kamrup(M) by the applicants/petitioners appears to be inadvertent, consequent to which this Court had to record Kamrup(R) in place of Kamrup(M) in the last line of paragraph No. 9 of the order dated 21.01.2026, this Court deems it appropriate to correct the same occurred in the last line of paragraph No. 9 of the order dated 21.01.2026. Accordingly, the word ‘Kamrup(R)’ shall be read as ‘Kamrup(M)’ in the cause title as well as in the last line of paragraph No. 9 of the order dated 21.01.2026. 6. I.A. stands disposed of. 7.
