APP Mr. Ramashis Mukherjee Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Mr. Rajendra Banerjee, learned Additional Public Prosecutor and Mr. Ramashis Mukherjee learned advocate are directed to represent the State. Their appearance may be regularized by the concerned authorities. The subject matter of the revisional application relate to warrant of arrest issued on 06.08.2024 as also proclamation order on 15.01.2026 including subsequent orders passed by the learned A.C.J.M., Tehatta, Nadia. Records of case reflect that petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in Criminal Misc. Case no. 200 of 2024 by the learned Sessions Judge, Nadia, however, the petitioner did not appear before the jurisdictional Court consequently, harsher process of law was issued. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner will appear before the learned Court. 2 Having considered the prayer advanced, as a last chance the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned A.C.J.M., Tehatta, Nadia by 24th of July, 2026. The execution of warrant of arrest and the proclamation issued by the learned A.C.J.M., Tehatta, Nadia in connection with Murutia Policed Station case no. 201 of 2023 be kept in abeyance till 28th of July, 2026. If the petitioner surrenders before the jurisdictional Court, he may be extended the benefit which was extended to the other accused persons. However, learned A.C.J.M., Tehatta, Nadia will revive the proclamation order, in case, the petitioner do not appear by 24th of July, 2026. With the aforesaid observations the revisional application being CRR 1111 of 2026 is disposed of. All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities. (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
