Parties are Muslims. The grand-parents are the applicants. They seek interim custody for a period of 3 days so that the child can spend Bakrid and two days thereafter with them. 3. Going through the records, it is clear that on 28.03.2025, this Court permitted the grand-parents to have custody of the child during the holy day of Ramzan. Following the said order, the grand-parents can take custody of the child at 10.00 A.M from the residence of the respondent. They shall drop the child back at the residence of the respondent by 6.00 P.M. 4.
