JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 3 21-07-2026 Heard the parties. 2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 255 of 2026 arising out of Bikram P.S. Case No. 373 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 376, 313, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have established physical relationship with the victim after giving her Maza drink containing intoxicant. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 8.7.2025. 5. In view of the serious allegations levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 6.
