At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the parties jointly submit that the issue involved in this petition is no longer res integra and this petition is squarely covered by the judgment 2 passed by this court in batch of writ petitions leading case of which being WPS No. 3781 of 2021 parties being R.N. Soni Versus State of Chhattisgarh and Others which was decided on 19.3.2026. 2. In the light of the submission made herein-above, this Court is of the opinion that this petition is squarely covered by the judgment rendered by this Court in WPS No. 3781 of 2021 & bunch of petitions decided on 19.3.2026 in case of R.N. Soni Versus State of Chhattisgarh and Others. 3. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed in terms of the order passed by this Court in the case of R.N. Soni (supra) holding that the State by taking policy decision has made a reasonable classification between CGTET and CTET and relaxed the passing marks upto 10% in CGTET whereas 5% in CTET for candidates belonging to SC/ST, OBC, differently abled persons etc., which cannot be termed as disciminatory.
