The grievance of petitioners in this petition is with regard to inaction of the respondent No.2-Tahsildar to consider the representations of petitioners dated 26th November, 2024 (Annexure-A) and 31st March, 2026 (Annexure-B) for change of Khata/Mutation entries and to enter the names of petitioners in RTC in respect of the subject land granted in favour of petitioners in terms of Grant Certificates dated 22nd October, 2016 (Annexures 'H1', 'H2' and 'H3'). 3. Heard Sri. Nagendra Murthy M., learned counsel appearing for petitioners and Sri. Spoorthy Hegde N., learned High Court Government Pleader appearing for respondents. 4. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the writ papers, it is forthcoming that the subject land has been granted in favour of petitioners as per the Grant Certificates dated 22nd October, 2016 (Annexures 'H1', 'H2' and 'H3'). In that view of the matter, I am of the view that, there is no impediment for the respondent No.2 to consider the representations of the petitioners for change of Khata/Mutation entries in favour of the petitioners in respect of the subject land. Therefore, the respondent No.2-Tahsildar is - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:31994 WP NO.18784 OF 2026 directed to consider the representations dated 26th November, 2024 (Annexure-A) and 31st March, 2026 (Annexure-B) and take decision for change of Khata/mutation entries in favour of petitioners in respect of the subject land, after verifying the original records, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
