Hence this contempt petition has been filed. 02. It is nowhere mentioned in the contempt petition as to when amount has been paid to the petitioner. In that view of the matter, no case of contempt is made out. Therefore, the contempt proceeding deserves to be dropped. Accordingly, the rule issued to the respondent is discharged and contempt proceeding is hereby dropped.
