The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 108, 351(2), 352, 3(5) and 115(2) of the B.N.S.. 3. As per prosecution case, it is alleged that this petitioner solemnized marriage with minor sister of informant but did not allow her to stay at his house. It is further alleged that prior to the incident, this petitioner talked with the deceased, abused and insulted her and instigated her and thereafter, the victim committed suicide. During investigation, several witnesses have supported the prosecution case and it has surfaced that there has Patna High Court CR. MISC.
