This Court, while disposing of the petition in Crl.OP.No.485 of 2026 by order dated 12.01.2026, directed the petitioner to surrender before the jurisdictional court within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the order. However, now the petitioner has filed this petition praying to extend the time as he was taking treatment in Government Hospital for viral fever, because of which he could not comply with the said direction. 3.
