Bharat, Senior Advocate with Mr. Ayaz Naved, Advocate. Hon’ble Shri Bibhu Datta Guru, Judge Order on Board 09/07/2026 1. The present contempt petition has been filed alleging defiance of the order dated 05/05/2025 passed by this Court in WPC No.2248/2025. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the allotment AMARDEEP CHOUBEY Digitally signed by AMARDEEP CHOUBEY Date: 2026.07.10 17:19:21 +0530 2 order of the land has been issued on 16/06/2026, hence, the order of this Court dated 05/05/2025 has already been complied with. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner objecting the submission made by learned counsel for the respondents submits that the order which has been passed by respondents is after a delay of one year and the order of allotment is contrary to the order passed by this Court dated 05/05/2025 in WPC No.2248/2025. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties, perused the pleadings and documents. 5. From a perusal of the order dated 05/05/2025 passed by this Court, it is evident that the respondents No. 2 and 3 were only directed to pass appropriate orders with respect to the allotment of land to the petitioner in terms of the Letter of Intent. No further observation or direction was issued by this Court regarding the nature and quantum of the land. Accordingly, it appears that the respondents have substantially complied with the order of this Court and have purged the contempt by issuing the allotment order dated 16/06/2026. 6. Accordingly, the contempt petition is disposed of, 7. The rule is discharged. SD/- (Bibhu Datta Guru) Judge Amardeep
