GP FOR IRRIGATION COMM AREA DEV The Court made the following: RC,J W.P.No.31591 of 2023 4 ORDER The grievance of the petitioner is that despite submission of representations bringing to the notice of the authorities about the encroachments made on the canal poramboke and road poramboke in Survey Nos.101,102,105 & 144 of Thimma Samudram village of Chittor Mandal, the authorities have not taken any action for removal of the said encroachments. 2. The respondent no.6-Tahsildar filed counter affidavit submitting that upon conducting survey, it was found that there are no encroachments in Survey Nos.101,102,105 & 144, but two encroachments by way of sheds were found in Survey No.100, which is classified as kaluva Poramboke and the said encroachments were removed. 3. Sri Balaji Medamalli, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that in view of the contents of the counter affidavit this writ petition can be closed. 4 Accordingly, the writ petition is closed.
