1. Heard.
2. This petition has been preferred by petitioners under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking following reliefs:-
“10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ to the respondent authorities directing them to transfer the sale proceeds amounting to Rs.1,32,797.40/- of the petitioner to his bank DEEPTI JHA Digitally signed by DEEPTI JHA
2 account No.104000511461. 10.2 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ to conclude the enquiry initiated in pursuant to the memo dated 09.04.2026, issued by the respondent No.2. 10.3 That, Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to pass any other order or direction which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case..”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the paddy, which has been sold by the petitioner, the amount of such paddy is required to be transferred in the account of the petitioner, whereas, the same has been inadvertently or incorrectly transferred in the account of respondent No.6/Upender Gupta of the same Village, Rehada. As such the petitioner has filed the application/representation before the concerned authorities to consider the same and transfer the amount of Rs.1,32,797.40/- in the account of petitioner. He further submits that grievance of the petitioner could be redressed, if the respondent No.2 be directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner. If it is found that amount, which has been incorrectly transferred in the account of respondent No.6, it may be corrected.
4. Learned State counsel appearing for respondents No.1 to 4 does not raised any objection with regard to the limited prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner.
5. I have heard learned counsel for the respective parties and perused the material available on record.
6. Considering the aforesaid aspect of the matter, particularly the fact that amount, which has been incorrectly transferred in the account of respondent No.6, the respondent No.2/Collector is directed to consider and decide the application/representation filed by the petitioner in accordance with law,
3 preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this
order.
7. It is made clear that this Court has not made any observations on the merits of the case of the petitioner.
8. With aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition stands disposed of.
