Learned counsel for the applicant submits that this Court while admitting the appeal directed issuance of notice to the respondents on payment of P.F. as per rules failing which the appeal shall stand dismissed without reference to the Bench. Inadvertently, the P.F. could not be paid in time, thus the appeal was dismissed. He submits that the MCC may be allowed and order dated 23/03/2026 may be recalled. 5.
