This application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the opposite party nos. 2 to 9 by the learned Exclusive Special Judge, POCSO Act, West Champaran, Bettiah, vide order dated 17.01.2026 passed in Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13340 of 2026(2) dt.14-07-2026 2/2 A.B.P. No.2997 of 2025, in connection with Majhauliya P.S. Case No.791 of 2025. 3. The petitioner prays for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the opposite party nos. 2 to 9, who are the family members of the main accused whose bail application has been dismissed by the Special Judge, POCSO Act. The ground for cancellation of bail of the opposite party nos. 2 to 9 is that the petitioner, who is the informant, has not been heard by the Special Judge before granting bail to the opposite party nos. 2 to 9. 4. In my opinion, this ground can be raised by the petitioner by filing a fresh application for cancellation of bail in the Court below itself. 5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh application for cancellation of bail before the court below and if such an application is filed, the Court below will pass appropriate order in accordance with law. pallavi/ pawan (Sandeep Kumar, J) U T
