The petitioner is similarly situated as the other accused person, namely, Abdul Halim who has been granted bail in CRM(NDPS) 1196 of 2026. 2. Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail but is unable to refute the locus of the present petitioner with regard to the other accused who has been granted bail. 3. Having considered the same, I am inclined to release the petitioner on bail on same terms and conditions as was imposed on Abdul Halim in CRM(NDPS) 1196 of 2026. Page 2 4.
