ORDER The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to provide police protection and grant permission for erecting mike sets and conducting Villisai programme and adal padal programme on 28.05.2026 and 29.05.2026 in connection with the temple festival of Arulmigu Sri Maha Kaliamman Kovil situated at Idayankulam Village, Srivilliputhur Taluk, Virudhunagar District. 2.Considering the averments set out in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, the third respondent is directed to grant permission for conducting the festival including the Adal Padal function on the abovesaid dates.
