Refers to the pendency of LPA No. 327 of 2025 to submit that reliance has been placed upon the judgment passed in CWP No. 4345 of 2023, titled as M/s Vardhman Ispat Udyog vs. HPSEB Ltd., decided on 23.12.2024, out of which the aforesaid LPA has arisen. 5. It is pointed out that against the order dated 08.09.2026, passed in LPA No. 327 of 2025, the Consumer had gone to the Apex Court in Special Leave to Appeal (C) No. 34169-34176 of 2026 and vide order dated 05.10.2026, directions have been issued to dispose of the LPAs by 07.11.2026 by directing the Consumer to deposit the amount(s). 6. Issue notice to the respondent, returnable for 03.11.2026, on taking steps within one week. 7. Notice to Mr. Manik Sethi, Advocate, also. 8. Accordingly, office shall take proactive steps to comply with the aforesaid order dated 05.10.2026, passed by the Apex Court and list the connected appeals alongwith the present appeal on the next date. 9.
