GP FOR SERVICES III The Court made the following: ORDER: The present writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in not disposing of the appeal submitted by the petitioner on 11.07.2025. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3. The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that though the petitioner has preferred an appeal long back on 11.07.2025, the respondents have not considered and passed any orders so far. By virtue of pendency of the said appeal, the 4th respondent is not considering the case of the petitioner for 4 promotion and it effects the further promotion of the petitioner. Hence, he prays for allowing the writ petition. 4. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of without going into the merits of the case directing the respondents to consider the petitioner’s appeal dated 11.07.2025 and pass appropriate orders based on the record and after giving the opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
