2. The challenge in this petition is to the order dated 24.02.2023 (Annexure-F) passed by the respondent No.2, wherein the Committee of Management for the respondent No.4-Temple has been appointed in terms of Section 25 of the Karnataka Hindu Religious Institutions and Charitable Endowments (Amendment) Act, 2011 for a period of three years subject to conditions enumerated therein.

Learned counsel for petitioners and learned counsel for respondents submits in unison that the term of the Committee came to an end and as such, the petition does not survive for consideration.
4. Submission is taken on record.
5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
6. The cost made easy.
