Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: (a) Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent Nos.2 and 4 to issue the Sindhutva Certificate (Caste Validity Certificate) in favour of the petitioner, taking into consideration the caste status already recognized in favour of the petitioner's father and the Sindhutva Certificate issued to the petitioner's siblings under Annexure-B & D, and consequently enable the petitioner to secure appointment to the post of Statistical Inspector, in accordance with law and within a time frame to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court, in the interest of justice and equity. The grievance of the petitioner is that on application filed by the petitioner for issuance of Sindhutva Certificate or the Caste verification / validity certificate has not been issued by the District Caste Verification Committee and consequently he has been unable to participate in the recruitment process initiated by respondent No.3. 4. In that view of the matter, respondent No.4 is directed to consider the application submitted by the petitioner and process the same within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
