Khan, learned counsel appearing for the accused-applicant. Also heard Mr. K. K. Parasar, learned Addl. P.P., representing the State respondent. 2. This is an application, filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023, praying for grant of pre-arrest bail to the accused-applicant in connection with Manikpur P.S. Case No. 04/2026, registered under Sections 331(4)/64 of the BNS, 2023. Page No.# 2/2 3. The gist of the allegation in the FIR dated 18.01.2026 is that, on 10.01.2026, taking advantage of absence of the informant’s husband, the accused-applicant entered into their house and committed rape on her. It was alleged that at that time, her children were sleeping in another room and upon hearing hue and cry, neighboring people came and the accused-applicant fled away. 4. A Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 06.02.2026 has granted interim pre-arrest bail to the accused-applicant. In terms of the aforesaid order, the accused-applicant had already appeared before the Investigating Officer and got his statements recorded. 5. Taking into account the entire facts of the case and after consideration of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties, this Court is of the considered opinion that the interim protection granted to the accused-applicant, vide order dated 06.02.2026 should be confirmed at this stage. 6. Accordingly, the instant anticipatory bail application is disposed of by making the same absolute in the same terms and conditions mentioned in the order dated 06.02.2026. 7. In view of the aforesaid directions, the instant anticipatory bail application is disposed of as allowed. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
