(ORAL) Simple prayer made by the petitioner in the present revision is to direct the concerned trial Court to decide the application dated 18.12.2019 (Annexure P2) for passing the final decree so as to execute the amended preliminary decree drawn on 29.10.2025. 2. Learned counsel submits that application for passing of the final decree in terms of the impugned decree is pending ever-since 2019 and more than 6 years have lapsed, but the trial Court is adjourning the matter for one or the other reasons. 3. Without commenting anything on the merits of the case, the concerned trial Court of learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Shahbad, is hereby directed to take effective steps for disposing of the aforesaid application of passing of the final decree, in accordance with law, by giving short dates.
