CMP No. 22426 of 2026 By way of present application, indulgence of this Court has been sought by the applicants to release the amount of compensation, alongwith up-to- date interest, falling to their shares. The present application has been filed in FAO No. 248 of 2017, which has been decided, by this Court, vide order dated 22.7.2026. In view of no objection made by learned counsel for the non-applicant, the application, under consideration, is allowed and the amount of compensation, falling to the shares of applicants, is ordered to be released, in their favour, as per the award, passed by learned Tribunal. The amount, so released, shall be remitted to the bank accounts of the applicants, as per details given in para-7 of the application. The application is, thus, disposed of.
