Mr. Chistie, learned counsel for the respondent has produced an order dated 12.02.2026 issued by the Director of Elementary Education, Assam, in compliance of the aforesaid order dated 12.02.2024. Mr. Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioner, after perusal of the order dated 12.02.2026, issued by the Director of Elementary Education, Assam, submits that in view of the aforesaid order, this contempt petition may be closed as the order dated 12.02.2024 has already been complied with.
