Nos. 6441 of 2025 and 363 of 2025. Although, it has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he is in custody since 23.08.2024, but regard being had to the nature of allegations levelled against the petitioner which indicates that the petitioner had committed rape upon the informant and the fact that trial is under progress, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and the same is hereby rejected.
