After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the representation submitted by the petitioner is of 16.05.2016, thereafter long time has already lapsed and circumstances has also been changed, therefore, he is not pressing this writ petition on merits and only seeking liberty to submit fresh representation before respondent No.4 and in turn the respondent No.4 be directed to consider and take decision on the same afresh. 2. Learned State counsel submits that as petitioner is not pressing this petition on merits and is only seeking permission of this Court to submit a fresh representation, he is having no objection. 3. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents available on record. 4. On due consideration of submissions of learned counsel for the parties and the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to submit a fresh representation before respondent No.4 on the ground available to him. In the event, petitioner submit such 3 representation, the respondent No.4 shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of representation. 5.
