JUSTICE ANU SIVARAMAN) The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has filed a memo which reads as under: “MEMO The Petitioner most respectfully submits as follows: 1. The above Writ Petition is filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus for production of the minor child, Master Rishi. 2. It is submitted that during the pendency of the above petition, Respondent No.4 has voluntarily handed over the custody of the minor child to the Petitioner at the Petitioner's residence on 06.04.2026 at about 14:30 hours. 3. In view of the above development, the grievance of the Petitioner with regard to custody of the minor child does not survive for consideration. 4. The Petitioner therefore prays that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to record the above submission and dispose of the petition as having become infructuous, in the interest of justice.” 2.
