No.3126 OF 2025 The Court made the following ORDER :- The revision petitioner/plaintiff in O.S.No.251 of 2024 on the file of the Court of I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Nellore, filed the above suit for declaration of the right, title and interest of the plaintiff over the plaint schedule property. 2. It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that along with the suit, the petitioner also filed I.A.No.341 of 2024 under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 read with Section 151 CPC seeking grant of interim injunction restraining the respondents not to alienate the suit schedule properties. The only grievance of the petitioner in this revision petition is that the learned Judge is not disposing of the said I.A.No.341 of 2024, even though nearly two years have elapsed. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks an innocuous relief seeking a direction to the learned trial Judge to take up I.A.No.341 of 2024 in O.S.No.251 of 2024 as expeditiously as possible, and dispose of the same in accordance with law. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the respondents submits that he has no objection for issuing directions to the learned trial Judge for speedy disposal of the said Interlocutory Application. 4. In that view of the matter and in view of the said innocuous relief sought by the petitioner, the present Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, at the stage of admission, directing the learned I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Nellore, to take up I.A.No.341 of 2024 in O.S.No.251 of 2024 and dispose of the same in accordance with law after hearing 3 KSR,J C.R.P. No.3126 OF 2025 both sides within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5. Accordingly, with the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, at the stage of admission. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall also stand closed. ____ K.SURESH REDDY, J Dt. 23.01.2026 SAB 4 KSR,J C.R.P.
