The grievance of the petitioner is directed against non-consideration of a representation dated 6 January, 2026 seeking a new STW connection to the pump at the premises of the petitioner. 2. On behalf of the WBSEDCL, it is submitted that the request for STW connection is not techno commercially feasible and there are diverse hurdles in granting such connection. 3. At the instance of both parties, WPA/2638/2026 stands disposed of by directing the respondent no. 3 to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of communication of the order and after giving right of hearing to the parties. 2 4.
