2.
This Bail Application under Section 483 and 484 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, has been filed to release the petitioner on regular bail in connection with Kunda P.S. lastly submits that co-accused namely Jitendra Kumar Singh @ Jitendra Kherwar, Upendra Bhuiayn @ Upendra Bhuiyan and Shailendra Ganjhu @ Situ @ Satyendra Ganjhu @ Santu Ganjhu have already been enlarged on bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide orders dated 10.09.2025 (in B.A. No.7715 of 2025), 06.11.2025 (in B.A. No.9664 of 2025 and 27.11.2025 (in B.A. No.10248 of 2025) respectively.
5.
Learned A.P.P. representing the opposite party – State, opposes the prayer for bail.
6.
Considering the aforesaid submission coupled with the fact that perusal of the F.I.R. nowhere attributes any overt or covert act to the petitioner being actively involved in the said offences; the above-named co-accused have already been enlarged on bail by the Coordinate Bench of this Court, I am inclined to release this petitioner on bail.
7.
Accordingly, this Bail Application is allowed. The petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail in connection with Kunda P.S.
