In this writ petition, the petitioner is assailing the endorsement dated 16.09.2023 (Annexure-C) to the writ petition. 3. It is the argument advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the private respondents herein, have undertaken construction in the road, which is a public road belonging to the Government, and therefore, the jurisdictional Tahsildar be directed to evict the respondents. 4. Per contra, Sri H.Devendrappa, learned counsel appearing for the private respondents, submitted that, four suits are pending consideration in respect of the very same subject matter and therefore, sought for dismissal of the petition. - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:32462 WP No. 27475 of 2023 5. Smt. B.P.Radha, learned AGA supports the impugned endorsement at Annexure-C. 6. In the light of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, and on careful consideration of the reasons assigned by respondent No.4 at Annexure-C would indicate that the suits in OS.Nos.18/2022, 19/2022, 20/2022, and 21/2022 are pending consideration before the Principal Civil and JMFC Court, Hiriyur, in respect of the subject land. 7. In that view of the matter, I am of the view that, no interference has been called for in this writ petition. Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed.
