1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking the following relief(s):
“10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire record from the respondent corporation concerning the proceedings drawn regarding the Online NIT bearing Tender No. 191348 for its kind perusal. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to pass an appropriate writ / order quashing and setting aside the decision taken by the Tender Committee to declare respondent No. 4 as technically qualified and further declaring respondent No. 4 as L-1. 10.3 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to pass an appropriate writ / order directing the respondents to award the contract work concerning Online NIT bearing Tender No. 191348 to the petitioner since the petitioner.
3 10.4 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to pass an appropriate writ / order directing for holding an enquiry against the erring officials who declared respondent No. 4 as technically qualified despite the fact that respondent No. 4 did not submit its bid in accordance with the terms and conditions prescribed under the Online NIT bearing Tender No. 191348. 10.5 Any other relief, which this Hon’ble Court, may deem fit and proper, in the facts and circumstances of the case.”

Learned counsel for respondent No.3 states that the representations of the petitioner dated 20.06.2026 and 24.06.2026 have been placed before the Mayer-in-Council meeting which would be held on 14.07.2026 and thereafter, the same would be decided finally in General Body Meeting and the parties will be given opportunity of hearing before the General Body.
3. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be given opportunity of hearing when the matter is placed before the General Body Meeting so that he may put up his grievance, if any.
4. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for respondent No.3 and the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to
4 take recourse to law against the decision taken by the competent authority, if so advised. The respondent No.3 is also directed to provide an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner when the matter is placed before the General Body Meeting. Sd/- Sd/-
