Cr. Rev. (FC) No.76 of 2026 2. By way of this petition, the petitioner has challenged the order passed by the learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Paonta Sahib, District Sirmaur, H.P., in Cr.M.A. No.178 of 2023 and Cr.M.A. No.276 of 2025, in main petition No.80-N/4 of 2022, titled Shweta Chaudhary versus Abhishek Bhati, decided on 02.04.2025, in terms whereof, interim maintenance to the tune of ₹20,000/- has been granted in favour of the respondent herein by the learned Court below. 2 3. The impugned order is dated 02.04.2025. 4. In light of the fact that till today, the application filed along with the petition under Section 5 of the Limitation Act was under consideration and no stay etc., was granted against the impugned order, we are of the considered view that interest of justice would be served, in case, this petition is disposed of with the observation that endeavor be made by the learned Court below to decide the petition pending before it for grant of maintenance under Section 125 Cr.P.C. as expeditiously as possible. 5. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of without interfering with the impugned order, but, with the observation that an endeavor shall be made by the learned Court below to decide the main petition itself by 31st March 2027. It goes without saying that the adjudication of the petition shall be as per the pleadings of the parties on record and after hearing the parties.
