Learned counsel for the petitioners submits while pointing out to Annexure-A, endorsement issued by the respondent-Tahsildar, Doddaballapura Taluk that it is not disputed that the applications filed by the petitioners in - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:11962 WP No. 6286 of 2026 Form No.53 seeking regularisation of unauthorised occupation are still pending consideration. Therefore, learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that appropriate direction may be issued to the respondent- Tahsildar to place the applications before the Committee for Regularisation of Unauthorised Occupation to enable the Committe to consider the applications. 3. Consequently, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent-Tahsildar, Doddaballapura Taluk, to place the applications of the petitioners before the Committee for Regularisation of Unauthorised Occupation within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order along with his recommendation. The Committee shall thereafter take up the applications and pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of 2 months from the date on which the applications would be placed by the Tahsildar before the Committee. - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:11962 WP No. 6286 of 2026 Learned High Court Government Pleader is permitted to file memo of appearance within a period of four weeks from today.
