Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for following reliefs:- “10.1 This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records ABHIGYA SAXENA Digitally signed by ABHIGYA SAXENA 2 concerning the case of the petitioner from the possession of the respondents, for its kind perusal. 10.2 This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ/order/direction and quash the impugned transfer order dated 13.01.2026 (P/1), issued by respondent No. 2, insofar as it relates to the petitioner (Serial No. 01). 10.3 This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to continue at Gram Panchayat Kamarima Janpad Panchayat Bagicha, District Jashpur. 10.3 Any other relief or reliefs that may be deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be granted.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is working as a Panchayat Secretary, has been transferred vide order dated 13.01.2026, against which the petitioner has submitted a representation before respondent No. 3, which is pending consideration. Therefore, a direction may be issued to respondent authority to take a decision on the said representation at the earliest. 3 3. Learned State counsel submits that the document (Annexure P/1) was issued by the Zila Panchayat, Jashpur; however, the petitioner has not submitted any representation before respondent No. 2, i.e., the Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat. 4. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to submit a fresh representation before respondent No.2 and that, in turn, respondent No. 2 may be directed to take a decision on the said representation submitted by the petitioner. 5. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents available on record. 6. On due consideration of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is disposed of, permitting the petitioner to submit a fresh representation before respondent No. 2. If such representation is submitted, respondent No.2 is directed to take a decision on the representation in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of submission of representation. 7.
