ORDER The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus to direct the third respondent to grant permission and police protection to conduct Adal Padal Cultural Program on 24.05.2026 in the eve of Arulmigu Ayyanar, Saaththa and Sirukulathu Karuppasamy Temple Vaikasi Festival situated at Sindupatti Village, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai District. 2.Considering the averments set out in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, the third respondent is directed to grant permission and provide police protection for the abovesaid adal padal program. It is made clear that in case of any obscene songs or dances are performed, the police authorities are entitled to interfere with the same and stop the function.
