The petitioner is an accused in connection with Cyber PS Case No. 145/2025. The petitioner was apprehended by the police on the suspicion of being involved in cyber crime. It appears that one mobile and SIM card was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no complaint has been lodged by any victim. It has further been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 31.10.2025. Learned Spl.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and has submitted that the petitioner has criminal antecedent of a similar nature. However, considering the period of custody undergone by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge- II-cum-Cyber Crime, Special Court, Deoghar in connection with Cyber PS Case No. 145/2025.
