Petitioner's grievance is that he preferred a representation dated 02.04.2026 (Annexure P-3) to the respondents for releasing promotional increment for the post of Lineman at par with that of his alleged juniors 1Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes. 2 who statedly have been given higher pay scale, but the said representation has not been considered and decided till date. 3. Having regard to the above submissions, but without examining the merits of the matters and keeping the questions of delay and laches open, this writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents/ competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from today.
