The applicant has preferred this anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of Anticipatory Bail, apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No. 180/2026, registered at Police Station – Dongargarh, District – Rajnandgaon (C.G.) for alleged commission of offence punishable under Section 318(4) and 3(5) of the BNS. 2. As per the prosecution story in brief, is that complainant is lodged an FIR that her brother in law has cheated her with false promise to provide job in government sector and he has received an amount of Rs. 2,00,000/- from her and it is also alleged that the present applicant is also involved in this crime as he has helped the main accused and assured the complainant to provide job and when job is not been RAJSHEKHAR SONI Digitally signed by RAJSHEKHAR SONI 2 provided she lodged the above report and the police has registered FIR. Hence, this application. 3. The learned counsel for the applicant has argued that there is family dispute between the husband of the complainant and the main accused regarding family fund and there is monetary transaction between the complainant and her brother-in-law, and a false story of providing job has been created by the complainant. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicant. 4. On the other hand, learned State counsel opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail and submitted that the applicant with the collision of other co-accused person, has received an amount of Rs. 2,00,000/- from the complainant on the pretext of providing job at government sector, but no such job has been provided to her. Therefore, the present anticipatory bail application of the applicant is liable to be rejected. 5. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 6. Considering the facts & circumstances of the case, allegations levelled against the applicant in the FIR, it transpires that the applicant with the collision of other co-accused person, has received an amount of Rs. 2,00,000/- from the complainant on the pretext of providing job at government sector, but no such job has been provided to her, thus, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant. 3 7. Accordingly, the Anticipatory Bail application of the applicant – Kaliram Parkar, filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 in connection with Crime No. 180/2026, registered at Police Station – Dongargarh, District – Rajnandgaon (C.G.) for alleged commission of offence punishable under Section 318(4) and 3(5) of the BNS, is rejected.
