By this petition, petitioner herein are seeking direction upon respondents to preserve and protect the land measuring 06 Kanals & 10 Marlas, earmarked for the establishment of Government High School, Habak, with a further direction upon respondents to construct the boundary wall of the proposed Government High School, strictly from East to West, so as to preserve the remaining portion of the land, at the existing North-South public playground. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has also filed representation before the Deputy Commissioner, Srinagar, which is annexed at Page 29 of the instant writ petition. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would feel satisfied if the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No. 5 to consider and decide the representation within a reasonable period of time. 4. Learned counsel for the respondents is not averse to the preposition made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 5. Be that as it may, the instant petition is disposed of at its threshold with a direction to the respondent No. 5 to consider and decide the representation, which is annexed at Page 29 of the instant writ petition, alleged to have been filed by the petitioner, within a period of one month from the date of passing of this order, provided there is no legal impediment to its consideration. 6.
