Petitioners herein, who are working with respondent No. 3, who is a private contractor, have preferred this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking direction to the State Government to create posts and regularize their services. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been working for a fairly long time with 3 respondent No. 3, who is working for Nagar Panchayat, Chandrapur, therefore, they are entitled for regularisation. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents oppose the writ petition and submit that petitioners themselves have admitted in paragraph 8.1 of the writ petition that they were working under respondent No. 3, who is a private contractor, therefore, no case is made out for their regularization. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties, considered their rival submissions made herein-above and went through the records with utmost circumspection. 5. Admittedly, as per the averment made by the petitioners in paragraph 8.1 of the writ petition, they worked under respondent No. 3, who is a private contractor and who eventually worked for Nagar Panchayat, Chandrapur, therefore, no direction can be issued to the State Government to create posts and regularize the services of the petitioners.
