When the matter was taken up, Sri K.Ratan Harsha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Sri G.V.Shivaji, learned counsel for the petitioner, fairly submits that the main writ petition was closed on 10.05.2023. In view of the disposal of the main writ petition, the petitioner is not inclined to pursue the present contempt proceedings against the respondents.
