Jiya Lal Bhardwaj , Judge (Oral) While passing the office order dated 01.10.2026, which has been placed on record in Execution Petition No.860 of 2026, the mandate contained in the judgment dated 23.12.2025, passed in CWP No.1543 of 2022, titled, Sukh Ram and others vs. State of H.P. and others, has been complied with. 2. Since the judgment, which is sought to be executed, has been complied with, except the arrears, which remain to be paid to the petitioners, the proceedings in the present execution petition are closed.
