By this petition, petitioner herein is seeking direction upon respondent Nos. 4 to 6 to conclude the process initiated by them for the appointment of Lambardar for the village Lalpora Khalil Tral, without any delay, with a further direction upon respondents to conduct an election for appointment of Lambardar for the aforementioned village in terms of the communication dated 09.05.2026. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would feel satisfied if the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent Nos. 2 to 6 to strictly adhere to the communication dated 09.05.2026 for conducting election, so that the process for the appointment of Lambardar for the village Lalpora Khalil Tral is concluded. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 1 to 6 is not averse to the preposition made by learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. Be that as it may, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent Nos. 2 to 6 to initiate and conclude the process of election of Lambardar for the village Lalpora Khalil Tral, strictly in terms of communication dated 09.05.2026, within a period of three months, from the date of passing of this order, provided there is no legal impediment. 5.
