The applicant-Bank has preferred the present application, for seeking release an amount of Rs.2,00,000/-, which had come to be deposited in the Registry of this Court, pursuant to order dated 19.08.2025. Since the matter stands already disposed off and the application has been preferred by the applicant-Bank for releasing the said amount, which the applicant will adjust against the liability of the borrower, who was the petitioner. In view of no objection made by learned counsel for the non-applicant, an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- is ordered to be released in favour of applicant-Bank. The amount, so released, shall be remitted to the bank account of the applicant-bank forthwith, particulars of which are mentioned in para-4 of the application. The application is, thus, disposed of.
