The petitioner has filed this writ petitioner seeking following reliefs: a) Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the name of the petitioner for the post of mechanic under Grant in Aid pattern by considering the representations dated 12.08.2024 vide Annexure-H & J. b) Issue such other direction which the Hon’ble Court deems fit under the circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity. 2. The petitioner has also filed an application I.A. No.1 of 2024 seeking for amendment to the memorandum of writ petition. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents has brought to the notice of this Court that the very same proposed reliefs in the instant writ petition were sought in W.P. No.1598 of 2025 (S-Res) and this Court vide order dated 24.10.2025 dismissed the writ petition. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:32747 WP No. 23035 of 2024 4. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioner, aggrieved by the order passed by this Court in W.P. No.1598 of 2025, preferred a writ appeal in W.A. No.1845 of 2025 and the writ appeal came to be dismissed vide order dated 28.01.2026. 5. Since the petitioner has claimed similar reliefs in this writ petition as sought in the earlier writ petition, which already came to be dismissed, in view of the same, the instant writ petition is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. 6. In view of the dismissal of the writ petition, pending interlocutory applications do not survive for consideration and are accordingly disposed of.
