When the matter came up for admission, learned counsel for the 23rd respondent, on written instructions, would submit that a committee has been formed under the Assistant Commissioner, Dindigul, to inspect all the properties of the temple and to take steps to protect the same and after receipt of the report from the committee within three days, further action will be taken in this regard. 3.
